After signing up and logging in, browse available gifts and click "Claim". You will receive a unique redemption code (e.g. MF-XXXX-XXXX) and a QR code. Show either one at the participating partner location to collect your free gift.

A unique redemption number (e.g. MF-4829-7310) is a personal code assigned to your claimed gift. Present this number to the partner staff — they will look it up and verify your claim.

Open your MawFreeGifts dashboard, find the claimed gift, and tap "Show QR Code". Let the partner scan it with their device, or show the screen directly. The QR code contains your redemption details.

Each redemption code has a stated expiry date shown on your dashboard. Most codes are valid for 7–30 days after claiming. If yours expires, you can re-claim the same gift if it is still available.

Yes! You can claim multiple gifts as long as they are available. Each claimed gift generates its own unique redemption code or QR code. Keep track of all your active codes in your MawFreeGifts dashboard.

The partner name, address, and redemption hours are shown on each gift listing and in your dashboard under "My Claims". Bring a valid ID and your redemption code or QR code to the location.

Check your email spam folder first. If the code still does not appear, log in to your MawFreeGifts dashboard — all active codes are stored there under "My Claims". If a code is missing, contact us through the Contact page.
